Service Description

It's time to thrive! This is the perfect session to start your journey with Thrive MBS. We take the time to explore your issues or goals and relevant history, complete a thorough Kinesiology assessment and begin your personalised wellness plan to help you create positive and lasting change. Your first session with Wendy is one-and-a-half hours long and you'll first complete a client intake form to provide a view of your emotional and physical health history, as well as some information about your current lifestyle. An important part of your initial session with Wendy is to together discuss what's happening for you right now at a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level, how this is making you feel and how you would like to feel or experience life instead. Together we'll create a powerful goal or intention to achieve for the session. During the session you'll lie face-up on a massage table and be actively involved in the process. As we gather information about what's happening in your energy systems in relation to your goal/intention, we'll talk about what comes up and why it's significant so we can successfully release what no longer serves you. Once we have a full picture - or energetic blueprint - we once again use muscle reflex testing to ask the body what it needs to come back to balance in relation to your goal/intention. Remedies Wendy draws from in clinic during balances include acupressure, neurovascular and neurolymphatic reflex points, emotional stress release points, meridian tracing, colour therapy, sound therapy, crystal therapy, flower essences, essential oils, Tibetan Figure 8 and Spiral energy, affirmation and oracle cards and more.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life sometimes gets in the way of the best of plans! So that we can fit people in when they're in need and to be respectful of both your time and ours, our cancellation policy is as follows. If you need to cancel your appointment and do so more than 24 hours ahead of time, you can simply re-schedule your appointment - please call or email us as soon as possible. We can't accept cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment booking, unless for extenuating circumstances such as needing to isolate due to COVID. Please call us to discuss.
