Is this training right for you?
This journey is for people who feel drawn to kinesiology – whether you’re just beginning to explore or already know you want to train professionally.
You don’t need any prior experience and you don't to need to have it all worked out to get started.
This training may be a good fit for you if you're:
Feeling drawn toward more meaningful and intuitive work
Curious about kinesiology and want to experience it in a supportive, grounded way
Looking for real work-life balance that's both purposeful and flexible
Considering a career change into holistic or energy-based health
A practitioner of another healing modality and want to add muscle testing and more to your toolkit
Interested in the mind–body energy connection and personal growth
This is where it begins...
The Level 1 Kineasy Intro Course is designed as a grounded, supportive introduction to Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology.
It’s a place to experience and learn kinesiology in a nurturing, fun and engaging environment.
What you'll learn

In Level 1, you’ll be guided to:
-
Learn the foundations of muscle testing – on yourself and others
-
Understand how kinesiology works with the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body
-
Experience kinesiology in practice, not just theory
-
Work with emotions as the root cause of physical, mental and emotional symptoms/stresses
-
Support the body's nervous system to re-set
-
Bring the body's energy systems back into balance with a range of beautiful natural remedies
-
Develop confidence in working with yourself and supporting others
-
Clarity on whether this pathway feels right for you
By the end of this foundational course, you will be able to perform a basic kinesiology balance on another person from beginning to end.
Many people start with Level 1 simply to explore kinesiology for themselves. Some continue their learning for personal growth, while others feel clear about progressing through the full practitioner training. Both are equally valid.
There is no expectation to decide anything beyond this first step.

You'll move through a series of seven live training modules that deepen your understanding of:
-
Muscle testing and body feedback
-
Emotional and energetic stress patterns
-
Mind–body connections
-
Energetic balancing techniques and remedies
-
Working ethically and effectively with others
Each level builds on the one before it, so you’re never rushed or overwhelmed.
The timeframe
For those who wish to complete the full pathway, you can qualify as an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner in as little as 10 months – you'll see in the pathway that you can be qualified by October this year.
Many students choose this pace, while others take a little longer or even stretch learning out over a few years— both options are fully supported.
The learning experience and qualification
All our training is experienced live in the moment, whether you attend:
-
In person in our Sydney clinic and learning centre, or
-
Online from anywhere
Both our in-person and live online classes offer:
-
Exactly the same curriculum
-
The same number of live training hours
-
The same pathway to certification (pictured above)
-
An identical level of support and learning resources
The Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner Certification is accredited internationally. Once you qualify, you can practise as a kinesiologist both in Australia and overseas.

Learn in-person or live online - the choice is yours
All Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology training is delivered live, whether you attend in person or join online. You’re learning in real time, guided and supported throughout – not left to work through pre-recorded material on your own.
This means your instructor is there with you every step of the way, you can ask questions in the moment and will be practicing techniques with your fellow students.

In-person training (Sydney)
In-person training is held at our Roseville, Sydney clinic and offers:
-
Hands-on learning in a small, supportive group environment
-
Direct practice and feedback during class
-
A calm, welcoming environment for learning and connection.
This option suits those who enjoy face-to-face interaction and learning alongside others in the room.

Live online training (anywhere)
Live online training allows you to:
-
Join from anywhere in Australia or overseas
-
Learn in real time, with guidance and interaction throughout
-
Ask questions, practise, and integrate the work as you go
This suits students needing the convenience of home learning, with the same level of support, curriculum and training hours.
What's the difference?
Whether you study online or in person:
-
The content is the same
-
The learning outcomes are the same
-
The pathway to certification is the same
The difference is how you attend.
Choose what's right for you
Some students prefer the structure of in-person learning. Others value the flexibility of online training.
Both options are fully supported, and you’re welcome to choose the format that best fits your life and learning style.

Your teacher
I’m passionate about teaching kinesiology in a way that is grounded, ethical, and deeply respectful of each person’s journey.
My own path into kinesiology began through personal healing, and that experience continues to shape how I teach and support others. It’s why I place such importance on learning that feels safe and genuinely supportive.
I believe that meaningful learning happens when students are guided to real understanding and embodiment, not just information.
My approach brings together life experience, emotional awareness, practical application – and fun! – supporting students to develop confidence, clarity and enjoyment in their work.
Whether you’re exploring kinesiology for personal growth or training to practise professionally, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
I teach from experience, drawing on real world examples from my work in clinic. This means a strong focus on practical learning, real-world application, and creating a safe, encouraging environment.

Your next step
If you’re feeling curious, reflective, or quietly drawn to kinesiology, the next step doesn’t need to be a big one.
Many people begin by asking a few questions, exploring how the training works, or simply getting a sense of whether this path feels right for them.
You’re welcome to take this at your own pace.
I invite you to...
There’s no expectation to decide anything straight away – just an open invitation to explore what feels aligned for you.
FAQs
1. Do I need any prior experience to start?
No – prior experience isn't required. The Level 1 Kineasy Intro Course is designed as a supportive and foundational introduction to kinesiology. Some people stay at this level for personal growth, while others choose to progress through the practitioner pathway once they feel confident and aligned.
2. How long does it take to become qualified?
If you choose to continue through the full training pathway, it’s possible to complete the EMK Practitioner Certification in as little as 10 months. That said, the pathway is designed to be flexible and supportive. Students study alongside work, family, or other commitments and some decide to take a little longer. Both approaches are fully supported. And you’re never required to decide your full pathway upfront.
3. Does live online training teach me the same as in-person training?
Yes – both options are taught live, with the same curriculum, training hours, and pathway to certification. Whether you attend in person in Sydney or join online from elsewhere, you’ll receive the same guidance, support, and learning experience. The difference is simply how you attend, not what you learn. You’re welcome to choose the option that best suits your life and learning style.
