My Journey to Kinesiology
My journey into kinesiology began with a profound realisation one day that I was missing out on what was most important in life. After dedicating myself to a senior corporate career for more than 15 years, I found myself trapped in a demanding and high-stress environment filled with unrelenting expectations and no consideration for work-life balance. The relentless pace and lack of true purpose in corporate life had taken a toll on my physical health, mental health and relationships, pushing me to a breaking point.
It was this critical moment of crisis that set me on a path of self-discovery and healing. I knew that true change required a holistic approach—one that addressed the core of the problem rather than just its surface manifestations and symptoms. This journey ultimately led me to discover the power of kinesiology, and sparked my passion to practise and share a discipline that resonated deeply with my desire to create lasting, positive change in my life and the lives of others.

Over the years, I've dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of kinesiology, as well as complementary practices that enrich its effectiveness. My certifications include:
Instructor of Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK): EMK is a heart-centred kinesiology modality that taps into emotions to access and shift the root cause of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues that are holding someone back, using the Meridian, Chakra and Aura Energy Systems.
Instructor of Touch for Health Kinesiology (TFH): Touch for Health Kinesiology is a comprehensive system of kinesiology that focuses on enhancing vitality and reducing stress, combining Western chiropractic techniques with Eastern wisdom based on the Meridian Energy System.
As an instructor of both TFH and EMK, I've honed my skills in both modalities to empower others on their journeys to wellness and purpose.
