In this interactive session you will: • Learn how stress creates protection patterns • Understand why force doesn’t create calm • Practise Emotional Stress Release • Learn key acupressure points for regulation • Experience a guided reset you can use daily You won’t just learn about calm – you’ll feel it. You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately – anywhere, anytime – to support regulation and resilience. Cancellation Policy
Workshops are 30 minutes in length. As there are limited bookings available over the four days of the Festival, payment for the session is due upon booking. We understand life sometimes gets in the way of the best of plans! So that we can fit people in and to be respectful of both your time and ours, our cancellation policy is as follows. Bookings can be changed and cancelled up to 12 hours of the scheduled session start time. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session start time will forfeit the session fee. If you need to change or cancel your appointment and do so more than 12 hours ahead of time, please contact us for a refund.
